Empowering Workers Together

Nikki Smith started in EMS at the age of 19, beginning with EMT. She became a paramedic at 25 years old and her career included field training officer, alt supervisor, preceptor and clinical instructor. When she left the field she became a labor rep for UEMSW, continuing to work with and fight for the people she has been proud to call colleuge, friend and family. Her passion for EMS and the Union continues to grow each day, and she expands her knowledge through classes and workshops. She enjoys
